You can find us at L-5 Shastri Nagar. This is Prem Hospital Ivf & Surrogacy Center. We don't do general medicine like a typical clinic. Our focus here is specifically on fertility and surrogacy, which means the atmosphere in the building is a bit different. It’s usually quiet because people are often waiting for sensitive appointments. The building at L-5 is just a regular structure on the street. We have the labs tucked away in the back where most of the technical work happens. We don't have a big corporate lobby with fancy fountains or anything like that. It’s just a place where we work. People come to us from all over Shastri Nagar and sometimes from much further away. We spend a lot of our day looking at charts and talking to couples about their options. We try to be direct about everything. There is no point in using big marketing words when people just want to know what is happening with their treatment. The staff is small and we all know each other well. We have been working out of this Shastri Nagar location for a while now. It's a lot of responsibility because people are putting their hopes in what we do here. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the equipment running and the schedules on track. It is a serious business, but we are just normal people doing our jobs in a local clinic.
