I’m over at 90 Kamla Nagar in Meerut. This is where Praveen Bansal & Co operates from. The office is on Shiv Mandir Street, which is just off Baghpat Road. It’s a very traditional part of town. The street is usually busy with people going to the temple or just going about their day. My setup is quite modest. I have a small room here with my books and files. I’ve been in Meerut for a long time, so I know the area like the back of my hand. This isn't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small operation where I handle things personally. I think that’s better for everyone involved. The building is an older one, but it’s sturdy and keeps the heat out in the summer. I don’t spend money on fancy decor or marketing. I’d rather just focus on the job at hand. People find me by word of mouth mostly. If you are coming down Baghpat Road, just look for the turn towards the Shiv Mandir. The office is right there on the street. It’s a very practical location for a local business. I usually have my lunch at home since it’s nearby. It’s a simple life and a simple way of working. No need to complicate things with big office talk. I’ve been on this street for years and I don't plan on moving. It works for me.
