Poolkool India is based over at 37/7 Ajanta Colonygarh Road in Meerut. We mostly deal with swimming pools and cooling systems for local homes and businesses. It started as a small project among a few of us who realized how hot Meerut gets in the summer. Having a pool or a solid cooling setup really makes life better here. Our office isn't particularly large or fancy, but it’s where we store our tools and spare parts. You’ll often find pipes and filters sitting in the corner because we are constantly moving things in and out. We spend most of our time out at customer locations, digging or fixing equipment. It’s hard work, especially when the sun is beating down on you, but we enjoy the physical nature of it. We’ve learned everything we know by just doing the work and seeing what actually holds up over time. We don't bother with corporate manuals or long meetings. We just listen to what the customer wants and try our best to get it done. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to come in from Delhi, but we are always straight with people about the timeline. We aren't trying to be some massive national company, despite the name. We just want to do decent work for our neighbors here in Meerut. Most of our gear is kept in the back of an old van that’s seen a lot of miles.
