P/M Tools & Abrasives is situated at C-11 in Major Dhayanchand Nagar, which sits right along the busy Delhi Road. If you’ve driven past here, you know how much traffic flows through this area. Our shop isn't tucked away; it's right where the action is. Inside, you’ll find plenty of abrasive wheels and various tools piled up. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done for us and the people who visit. We spend a lot of our time sorting through crates and making sure the stock is where it should be. The floors are concrete and usually have a bit of grit on them from the items we sell. People stop by on their way into the city or while they're heading out to other work sites. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still written down in ledgers or kept in our heads. It’s just how we’ve always done things here. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the door halfway shut to stay cool. Sometimes customers stay for a bit to chat about the weather or the road conditions. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop on Delhi Road, just a reliable one where you can get your supplies and move on with your day.
