Piyush Kumar Mehra

I’m Piyush Kumar Mehra and I work out of my place in Pallavpuram Phase II. Specifically, I’m at S-148. Pallavpuram is a bit further out from the main city center, which I actually prefer. It’s a lot quieter here than near the bus stand or the main markets. I’ve set up my workspace to be practical. It’s not a showroom or a fancy corporate suite. It’s just a room with a desk, a computer, and a lot of books. I’ve lived in Meerut for a long time and moved to Phase II a few years back to get a bit more space. My work involves a lot of concentration, so being away from the heavy traffic helps. People usually call before they come over since it’s a residential area. I don't have a big team helping me; I mostly handle everything myself. From answering the phone to doing the actual work, it’s all on me. I like it that way because I know exactly what’s happening with every task. Sometimes I work late into the evening when the neighborhood is totally still. The routine is simple: wake up, have tea, and start working. I don't have a mission statement or anything like that. I just try to finish what I started. If you’re coming from the city, just head towards the outskirts and look for the Phase II signs. My gate is easy to spot once you're on the right street.
