PERCH BUILDERS AND DEVLOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Keshavpuram Awas Vikas-1 at N-303. This is a residential area so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have been working out of this spot for some time. Dealing with developers and builders means a lot of phone calls and messy boots. We aren't really the type to wear suits. Mostly it is jeans and sturdy shoes because we are always headed out to check on a wall or a foundation. The office at N-303 is where we keep the blueprints and the ledgers. It gets crowded when the whole crew shows up at once. We handle a lot of the local stuff around here. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise if we have trucks coming in late, but we try to be respectful. Building houses is a slow process. You have to wait for the cement to dry and the inspections to pass. We just keep moving forward one day at a time. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a flashy website or anything like that. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing our sign at a site. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking to suppliers about why the sand is late again. It's just normal work life for us in Keshavpuram. We have a few old desks and some plastic chairs for when clients come by. It works for us.
