Penny Estates Private Limited is located at H No. B-80 in the European Estates area of Nangla Tassi. It is a quiet spot in Kankarkheda, Meerut. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and answering phone calls in the office. Nangla Tassi has a specific local feel to it, and being based here in Uttar Pradesh means we deal with a lot of people from around the neighborhood. We aren't a big flashy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular house setup where we get things done. People usually find us easily enough once they get into the estate. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small setups. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of everything on the computer. It gets busy during the middle of the week, but we try to keep a steady pace throughout the day. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, which is just how it goes around here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure the files are in order. It’s not a complicated life, just local work in a local place. Being at 250001 puts us right where we need to be. We drink a lot of tea while we work. The gate at European Estates is usually the best landmark if you're coming by. We don't really do much fancy stuff, just keep our heads down and work through the list every morning. We like it here.
