P.B. Ice and Cold Storage Private Limited is located in the Avas Vikas Colony, specifically at Hcl 250. This is a residential and commercial mix of an area, so there is always something going on nearby. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. Our main focus is just keeping things cold, whether that is making ice or providing space in the storage rooms. It gets incredibly humid and hot here during the summer months, so the ice part of the business really picks up then. We spend a lot of time lifting crates and checking the compressors. It is physical work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don't have a corporate office with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of dust or damp from the ice. The neighbors know us well since we have been here for a bit. We try to be quiet with the machines, but they do make some noise. It is just how it goes when you are running a cold storage facility. We handle the paperwork in a small corner of the building. It is nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs. People come in, drop off their things, and we make sure they stay cold until they are needed again. It is simple, honest work that we do every day.
