You can find us at E -3839 in Udyog Puram, which is out near Partapur by the Delhi Road. It is a big area and it is pretty easy to take a wrong turn if you are not familiar with the layout. Grover Light Source Private Limited is basically just a small team of us working on different kinds of lighting products. We have boxes of bulbs and fixtures stacked up in almost every corner of the building. The commute is not too bad as long as you beat the morning rush on Delhi Road. Inside, the setup is mostly long assembly tables and shelves. We spend a lot of time testing things to make sure they actually light up before they get packed. Sometimes we get a batch that is a bit tricky to put together. It gets really hot in the summer because the ceiling fans do not do much in a space this size. We have been here long enough that the local delivery guys know exactly where to go without looking at the map. We do not have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is not busy with a screwdriver will go to the door. It is a very practical setup. We are not into big meetings or formal talk. We just focus on the lights and getting the orders ready. The concrete floor has some cracks, but it doesn't affect the work we do.
