Our place is in Meerut, over at Modipuram. The address is 42, Sheel Kunj, right on Roorkee Road. Pankul Textiles Llp is basically just a local operation where we deal with all sorts of fabrics day in and day out. The building is right there on the main road, so it’s easy for people to find, though the traffic can be a real headache during the morning rush. We have a decent amount of space inside for the inventory. It’s mostly rows of fabric rolls and some old wooden desks for the paperwork. It’s a bit messy at times, especially when a new shipment arrives and we’re trying to find a spot for every single roll. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer phones with a fancy script. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up and tries to help. Meerut has a long history with textiles, and we’re just a small part of that tradition. The 250001 area is a mix of old houses and newer shops. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the weaves. It’s simple work, but it requires a lot of attention to detail so we don't miss anything. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we’re used to that. We just focus on getting the orders ready and making sure they’re sent out on time.
