Nikhar The Salon

Nikhar The Salon is situated on Ambatkar Road in the Kanker Khera part of Meerut. We are easy to spot because we are right near the Chota Arya Nagar Gate. Kanker Khera has grown a lot lately, but it still has that local feel where people recognize each other on the street. Our salon is a basic shop where we do haircuts, styling, and other routine stuff for people around here. The shop doesn't have a specific number on the door, but everyone knows the building near the gate. We have some large mirrors on the walls and those standard salon chairs that can be adjusted. The floor is usually covered in bits of hair until we get a chance to sweep it up after a customer leaves. We have a small TV in the corner that we keep on for the news or some movies to keep people entertained while they wait for their turn. Ambatkar Road gets quite a bit of foot traffic in the evenings when everyone is out for a walk or heading to the market. We usually stay open until fairly late to catch the people coming home from work. It is an honest living, and we try to keep the place comfortable for whoever walks in. There is nothing too complicated about how we run things, just simple service for the local community that has been coming to us for years.
