NAV SAMPADA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED is based out of Meerut Cantt. We have our main spot at B-325 in Shradhapuri, Phase-2, Kankerkhera. It is a busy part of town and there is always something going on outside our windows. We work on development projects around the area. Meerut is growing fast and we are just trying to keep up with it. The office is a regular place where we meet with people and talk about land or building plans. It isn't a high-rise office or anything like that. Just a solid place in Shradhapuri. We have a few people who have been with us since we started. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of marketing stuff. People usually find us because they saw one of our sites or someone they know told them about us. We value that kind of reputation more than anything else. Construction is tough work and there are always hurdles, but we have been around long enough to know how to handle them. We are just local folks working in the same place we live. If you are ever near Kankerkhera, you might see our sign. We are usually in by nine and stay until the work is finished for the day. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours and we are proud of the buildings we've put up. We just keep going, one brick at a time, literally. It’s a job like any other.
