If you look for us in Meerut, you’ll find Naina Opticians Contact Lens Clinic in Krishna Plaza. We are in Shop No. G16 and 17a on the ground floor. It’s a busy spot right on Garh Road, near Tej Garhi Chowk. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk in from the street. We spend most of our day looking at eyes and fitting frames. The shop is filled with rows of glasses and cases. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we get a new shipment in. We’ve been at Krishna Plaza for quite a bit, so we know the other shop owners around here well. People come in because they can’t see the chalkboard at school or they’re tired of wearing heavy glasses and want to try contact lenses. We do the testing and help them pick something that doesn’t look too weird on their face. Meerut is a fast-moving city, and Garh Road is always loud with horns and people shouting. Inside the shop, it’s a little quieter. We just take our time with each person. There’s no point rushing when it comes to someone’s vision. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of a specific lens power, but we get it sorted. It’s just a normal shop run by people who know a thing or two about eyes. We like it.
