Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd.

Here in Meerut, we run Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd out of 81/11, Shastri Nagar. We are based at Mr. Rakesh Gupta’s residence. It isn't a typical office building. It’s more of a home that we’ve converted into a workspace. This makes the whole atmosphere feel very different from a cold, corporate office. We have our desks in the rooms and there are plenty of files everywhere. Shastri Nagar is a nice area, quite settled and peaceful. We like it because we can actually think and get our planning done without too much noise from the main roads. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone trying to sell you something. We just deal with the realities of construction. People often come by to talk about projects or to drop off documents. We usually have a pot of tea going. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. We don't use fancy titles or complicated language. If there is a problem at a site, we just talk it through and find a way to fix it. The house has a small garden in the front that we look out at when we need a break. It’s a very relaxed but hardworking environment. We’ve been here for quite some time, so the local people know us well. It’s just a straightforward operation. We don't need much more than this to keep things moving.
