Nagarjuna Construction Co. Ltd is located at 81/11 in Shastri Nagar, Meerut. We are actually set up at Mr. Rakesh Gupta’s place. It’s a residential neighborhood, which gives our office a much more personal and quiet feel compared to the city center. We aren't some big, faceless company. We are just a group of people working out of a house to manage our construction projects. The street outside is usually lined with trees, and you can hear the birds in the morning. Inside, our rooms are filled with steel cabinets and long tables where we look at blueprints. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. Our work is just about the buildings we help create. Being in Shastri Nagar means we are close to the local community. We often see the same neighbors every day. It’s a practical setup that works well for us. We don't need a high-rise building to get our work done. We handle the billing, the planning, and the hiring right from here. Sometimes Mr. Gupta drops by to see how things are going. We have a small kitchen where we boil water for tea throughout the day. It’s a very human way to run a business. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We prefer to keep things simple and honest, just focusing on the next day's tasks. It feels like a real place with real people.
