Mona & Company

Mona & Company is set up at E-657 in Section 1 of the Kala Nagri UPSIDC Industrial Area, along Ram Ghat Road. It’s a long address, but it’s basically just a solid industrial spot where we can focus on our work. Ram Ghat Road is always busy, and the industrial area itself is a maze of different sectors and plots. We’ve been in Section 1 for a while now. Our unit is mostly dedicated to production, so there is a lot of space for machines and storage. The office is just a small corner where we keep the files and a computer that’s a bit slow. We don’t really have a lot of visitors, so we don’t worry about keeping everything perfectly tidy. There’s usually a bit of grease or dust on the surfaces, which is normal for this kind of work. We are a small team and we’ve mostly worked together for years. We know each other's families and how we like our coffee in the morning. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be shipped out by Friday. It’s a practical environment. The sound of the surrounding factories is like a constant hum that you eventually stop hearing. We just focus on the orders we have and making sure the labels are stuck on straight before the truck arrives at the end of the shift. It's a busy life but it's ours.
