Meena General Store

Meena General Store has been sitting here in Ahmad Nagar for a while now. We opened up because the folks around Meerut needed a place nearby where they could just grab what they needed without making a whole big trip out of it. It’s mostly just us keeping things running day to day. We stock the usual stuff like lentils, soaps, and those little things you always forget you're out of until you go to cook dinner. The shop isn't fancy or anything. There’s some dust on the shelves sometimes and the door squeaks if the weather is humid, but we keep the lights on and the doors open. People come in, chat for a minute about the weather or the traffic on the main road, and then go on their way. We know most of the faces that walk through the door by now. Sometimes the stock is a bit messy after a busy morning, but we sort it out eventually. It's just a regular neighborhood shop. Nothing more than that really. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot in 250001. If you need something, you just stop by. Usually, someone is behind the counter to help out, even if we're busy putting away a new delivery of flour bags. It’s a simple way to make a living and it keeps us connected to what's happening in the colony. Life moves pretty fast in Meerut, but things here stay mostly the same.
