We are over at B-5 near the Sports Complex. It’s a good location for us because it’s easy to get to and there’s enough space for the vans to pull up. We handle export work. It’s mostly about coordinating things, checking the items we receive, and getting the packaging right. There are always stacks of cardboard boxes and rolls of tape lying around. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with samples of things we are sending out. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes to visit, they usually just pull up a chair near one of the desks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on the computer, tracking where things are going. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure the paperwork is in order so nothing gets stuck at the docks. Being near the Sports Complex means there’s always some activity outside, which is nice. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s typing up an invoice or helping load a pallet. We don't use any big words or marketing talk. We just do the job and make sure the items get to where they need to be on time. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work fine for us. We just keep at it day after day, making sure the boxes are taped tight and the labels are all clear.
