Man Mohan

This is House Number-154 on Western Kutchery Road, located in the New Mohanpuri area of Meerut Cantt. It’s more of a residential-style building where I’ve set up my workspace. The road outside is busy with people heading toward the courts and other offices. It’s a very central part of town. I’ve been using this space for a while now. It’s not like those glass-and-steel offices you see in big cities. It has more of a home-like feel to it. There’s a small yard in the front and the rooms are just regular sizes. I do my work from one of the main rooms. It’s comfortable and quiet enough to get things done. People usually find me by the house number or by knowing the New Mohanpuri neighborhood. I don't have a big sign out front, just a small one. It’s a simple life here. I spend my hours going through documents and talking to visitors. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing nearby, adding some noise to the day. I like being on Western Kutchery Road because everything is within reach. It’s an honest, everyday kind of place. I don't try to make it look like something it isn't. It’s just where I work and manage my daily responsibilities. I’ve lived and worked around Meerut for a long time, so I’m used to the rhythm of the road. It gets very busy during the morning rush. The house stays relatively cool inside.
