We are over at 37 Chippi Tank in Meerut. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with all the traffic and people moving around. Most of our days start with a quick tea from the stall nearby before we get into the paperwork. We’ve been operating as Madhur Malhar Developer LLP for a bit now, mostly focusing on getting projects off the ground here in the city. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit down with blueprints and try to figure out the next steps for our building sites. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to keep things organized. Construction isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or materials get delayed, but we just keep showing up. We like being part of the Meerut community and seeing how the streets change over the years. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we’re just local people who know how to work with bricks and cement. Most of the time, you can find one of us running between the office and a site, probably looking a bit tired. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work, file the permits, and try to make sure everything stays on track for our clients. It’s a simple life at Chippi Tank.
