Lovi Provision Store

The shop is called Lovi Provision Store and we are located in Jagriti Vihar, Meerut. Being near the Shiv Mandir in Sector-8 means we get a lot of people stopping by after they finish their prayers in the morning. The area is usually quiet except for the temple bells and the occasional car passing by. We keep all the usual stuff people need for their homes like milk, bread, spices, and cleaning supplies. Our shelves are a bit crowded because we try to fit in as much variety as we can in this small space. It is not always perfectly organized, but we know exactly where the turmeric is or where we put the new stock of biscuits. Sometimes the fans don't work well when it is really hot in Meerut, so it gets a bit stuffy inside. We spend a lot of time talking to the regulars who have been coming here for years. They don't just buy things; they tell us about their families and what is happening in the neighborhood. Running a provision store is mostly about being there when someone realizes they ran out of salt or sugar in the middle of cooking. We open early and stay open until the street lights come on. It is just a normal shop run by normal people trying to earn a living in Sector-8. Nothing more to it than that.
