Kulbhushan Mittal & Associates

We are located in the City Center on Begum Bridge Road, right across from Star Plaza here in Meerut. It is a busy building on the first floor, room 110. The stairs can be a bit crowded during the day because there are so many offices around here. Kulbhushan started this practice and we work as a small team of associates. It is a classic Meerut office, nothing too fancy but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time at our desks, working through paperwork or looking over site plans. There are always stacks of documents and old blueprints everywhere. It is not the most organized looking place, but we know where every single piece of paper is. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to clients. We just explain what needs to happen and how much it is going to cost. People in Meerut appreciate that kind of directness. We deal with a lot of local projects, from shops to houses. The traffic on Begum Bridge Road is always loud, so we usually have the windows shut. We are not trying to be some big national firm. We just want to do good work for the people in our city. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a deadline, and other times we are out on-site all day. It is just the way this job goes. We take it one day at a time.
