Kisan Sewa Foundation

We've been operating out of house number B 28 in Defence Enclave for a bit now. It's a quiet spot in Meerut, right near the Cantt area. Our group, Kisan Sewa Foundation, mostly focuses on the practical stuff farmers around Uttar Pradesh deal with every day. Most of us here grew up seeing how much work goes into the fields, so we wanted to set something up locally. It isn't a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a couple of rooms where we sit and talk through things. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when people drop by, but that's how it goes. We don't really do the big corporate speeches. We just try to help out where it makes sense. If you are ever near Meerut 250001, you'll probably see our sign. It is a simple place. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people in the villages. The weather gets pretty hot here in the summer, which makes things slow down, but we keep at it. Working in this part of the state means you see a lot of different things. Some days are good, some are just long. We aren't trying to change the whole world overnight. We just do our bit from our little base here in the enclave. It’s mostly about showing up and doing the work that needs doing. Nothing more, nothing less.
