Our place is located at A-7 in the Sports Complex on Delhi Road. Being in a dedicated area for sports makes a lot of sense for the kind of work we do every day. It is a bit of a drive from the city center, but we have the physical space we need out here. We manufacture various types of sports gear and equipment. The factory floor is usually pretty loud because of the machines running and people moving heavy crates around. We are definitely not some sleek tech company. We often have dust on our shoes and a bit of grease on the machinery. We have been at this for quite a while now. Most of our days are spent checking the production lines or making sure the raw materials arrived on time. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just focus on making stuff that actually works for the people using it. If a cricket bat or a ball is not made right, we go back and fix it. It is very hands-on work. The office side of the building is just as busy, mostly dealing with the paperwork for orders and the logistics of shipping things out. We eat our lunch in a small breakroom and talk about what is happening in our lives. It is a regular workplace with real people doing real work. We do not make big claims about our status.
