We have been working out of this spot for a little while. It's not a big team here, just a couple of us who know each other well. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We just talk like normal people and do our work. Our office has a lot of paper around, which I guess makes sense given the name. We try to keep things in order, but sometimes the stacks of files get a bit tall. It’s a plain place with some old furniture we’ve had since we started. We don't really bother with advertising or trying to look like something we aren't. Most people just know us from around the area. Gandhi Nagar is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside our window. We take our breaks together and talk about regular things, not just work. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don't have any big slogans or promises. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and we try to finish it before we go home to our families. It’s simple and it keeps us busy.
