We at Kajaria Ceramics Ltd are located at 123 Roorkee Road, right in the Meerut Cantt area. It’s a well-known road, so we aren't too hard to spot once you get into this part of UP. The building is basically a working warehouse and a small office space for the ceramics. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or air-conditioned waiting rooms. It’s practical and a bit rugged. We have rows of ceramic tiles stacked up, and the air always has that faint smell of stone and dust. We spend our mornings unloading trucks and our afternoons trying to organize the stock so we can actually find things. Meerut is a busy town, and Roorkee Road has its share of traffic, which usually means our deliveries are a bit of a gamble on timing. We don't use any high-end software to track things; it’s mostly just notebooks and memory. When someone walks in, they usually have a specific project in mind. We show them the samples we have available and let them decide. There’s no pressure from us. We’re more interested in getting the count right so we don't have to go back and forth with the warehouse. Sometimes we make mistakes with the paperwork, and we have to fix it on the fly. It's just how we work here. It’s a local business run by local people who understand that a good floor is more about the material than the talk.
