Shiv Sports

Shiv Sports is run out of House No. 303 over in Jawahar Nagar on Rohta Road. It’s a bit different because we operate right from the house area. We have been into sports stuff for a long time. It started out small and stayed that way mostly. We have bats, balls, and all the usual gear tucked into the space we have. It gets a bit tight when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work. Kids from the neighborhood come by quite a bit looking for something to play with. We know most of them by name now. It’s not a corporate store with a big sign and glass windows. It’s just a place for sports equipment. Rohta Road can get quite busy with traffic, but our corner of Jawahar Nagar is okay. We spend our time checking the quality of what we get and making sure everything is priced fair. We don't do much advertising. People just know we are here. Sometimes we sit outside when it’s not too hot and talk to whoever walks by. It’s a slow pace of life but we enjoy it. We aren't trying to change the world, just selling gear so people can play. If you need something, you just come to the door. We’ll see what we have in the back. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it. Sometimes we run out of things, but we try to restock soon.
