Hardships & Hopes Organisation is based out of Un 111 in Green Estate A To Z, right across from the Svbp Agri builders in Meerut. It’s a specific spot to find, but we like it here in the 250110 area. We aren't some big-city group with a bunch of fancy titles. We’re just people from Meerut who wanted to put together something that helps out. Our office in Green Estate is where we spend most of our time, usually surrounded by stacks of paper and empty tea cups. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we have a system that works for us. We don't spend money on high-end office gear or professional decorators. We’d rather just use what we have and focus on the work. Being near the builders means there’s always something going on outside, which we don't mind. It feels like we’re in a place where things are actually being built and done. We talk to anyone who comes through the door at Un 111 without a lot of ceremony. If you need something or want to see what we're about, you just walk in. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just have a list of things to do every day and we try to cross them off. It’s a simple way to run an organization, but it’s the only way we know.
