You’ll find Hans Rubber And Sports Ltd. at 56/2 Guru Nanak Nagar, right on the Delhi Road. We’ve been here for a good while, making and selling rubber goods and sports equipment. It’s a bit of an older building, but it does the job for what we need. We have the manufacturing area in the back and a bit of space for storage and the office up front. There’s always the smell of rubber in the air, which is something you just stop noticing after the first week. We make all sorts of things, from balls to other rubber components. It’s a hands-on kind of place. The staff here mostly knows how to handle the machines and the molds. We don't have any fancy titles; everyone just chips in where they’re needed. Some days we are busy loading up trucks for long-distance deliveries along the Delhi Road. It’s a noisy spot with all the traffic passing by, but it’s convenient for getting goods out quickly. We don’t do much in the way of fancy promotion. We just put out the products and people come to buy them. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The floor is usually covered in some bit of scrap or dust, but we sweep up at the end of the day. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. No need for anything more complicated than just making good items.
