We are located out on Delhi Road in Meerut, specifically in the area called Major Dhyanchand Nagar. Our space covers plots B-165 and 166. It is a fairly straightforward setup. We do not have any big signs or fancy lights hanging outside. Most people who come here are regulars who already know the way. The road outside can get a bit dusty because of all the construction and the big trucks passing by all day long. We spend most of our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. It is a lot of manual work, moving boxes around and checking labels. The area is quiet in the early hours but gets very lively once the other shops and industrial units open up. We have a small staff, mostly local people from the nearby colonies. We do not really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Usually, we just talk over a cup of tea in the back room about what needs to be done for the day. It is a practical way of working. Sometimes the internet is slow, or a delivery gets delayed because of a traffic jam on the main highway, but that is just how it goes here. We keep our records in big ledgers and on an old computer that has seen better days. The space is a bit cold in the winter, so we all wear heavy sweaters while we work.
