Fitness Zone

Fitness Zone is located in Sector 4 of Shradha Puri. We are on Khirwa Road in the Kanker Khera area of Meerut. You can't miss the water tank right opposite us. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find if you are coming from the main road. We set this place up because there weren't many good spots to train on this side of town. It’s a straightforward gym with no frills. We have the racks, the bars, and some cardio stuff that we bought over the years. The floor is a bit worn in places where people drop the weights, but that’s just how it goes in a real gym. We spend our days making sure people are doing their exercises right and keeping the place running. It gets pretty hot in Meerut during the summer, so we have fans going all the time to keep the air moving. We aren't a big corporation; it's just a local business run by local people. Most of our members live in Shradha Puri and just walk over for their session. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the name on the front of the building. It’s a place for people who are serious about getting fit but don't want to pay for a bunch of extra stuff they don't use. We keep the hours regular so people know when they can come in. It’s just a normal neighborhood gym for regular folks around here.
