Fitness Freak Health Club

People around Jagriti Vihar know us at Vaishno Plaza. Fitness Freak Health Club has been on Garh Road for a bit now, right near Anand Hospital. It’s a busy spot in Meerut. We open up pretty early because folks like to get their workout in before the heat or work starts. The machines are there, the weights are there, and it’s mostly just people trying to stay healthy. We don't have fancy lights or loud music that gives you a headache. It's just a space for people who live nearby to come and do their thing. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty with all the foot traffic from the road, but we try to keep up with it. Our staff mostly lives around here too, so it’s a local crowd. You’ll see the same faces every morning. We’ve got the usual treadmills and some heavy stuff in the back. It’s not a huge place, but it fits what we need. If you’re coming from the hospital side, we’re easy to find. We don't do much advertising; mostly people just walk in because they see the sign while driving down Garh Road. It gets crowded in the evenings when everyone finishes their jobs, so mornings are quieter if you like that. Just a regular gym for regular people in this part of Meerut. We keep the lights on and the doors open.
