The elevator in this building is hit or miss, so we usually just take the stairs to the second floor. It keeps us moving. We don't have a big fancy lobby with a fountain. We like being in Ganga Plaza because it's central and easy to find. Everything is nearby, from shops to the bank. We don't use much jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. If someone has a problem, we look at it and try to find a practical way through. It’s a busy life, but it suits us well enough. We’ve got our routine down.
