Travel Inn

The Travel Inn is located right on Rani Mill Delhi Road. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a long time now. Most people who stop by are just looking for a place to sleep for the night before heading out again. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s a simple building with rooms that we try to keep clean and ready. My family helps out with the cleaning and the front desk. You can hear the traffic from Delhi Road sometimes, but that is just part of being in this location. We don’t do any big advertising or have a corporate office somewhere else. It’s just us here at the inn. If you need something, you usually have to come down and ask me or my brother. We know the local shops around Rani Mill well. Sometimes we sit outside when it’s not too hot and watch the trucks go by. It’s a basic business. We don't try to be a five-star hotel. We just provide a bed and a roof. The paint is a bit old in some spots, but it does the job. Most of our guests are regulars who know what to expect. We keep the keys on a rack behind the counter. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
