We are located near the Modi Puram Toll Plaza, in a place called Doula Super Wat. It’s in the Deoria district, which is a bit of a distance from the bigger cities. Being near the toll plaza means there’s a constant stream of cars and trucks passing by our gates. We are part of a larger industrial group, but this specific site has its own local feel. The area is quite open compared to the crowded city centers. Most of our day involves managing the industrial operations we have going on here. It’s a big site with plenty of outdoor space and various buildings for different tasks. We don’t have any fancy reception areas or glossy brochures lying around. It’s more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of place. The weather out here in Deoria can get pretty intense, but we just keep working through it. We have a mix of local workers and staff who have been here for years. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We focus on our daily production targets and making sure everything is running like it should. You won't find much corporate talk here; we just speak plainly about what needs to get done. It’s a straightforward industrial life, and we are just one part of the landscape near the toll plaza. The commute for some of us is a bit long, but we’ve gotten used to the drive over time and the local roads.
