Days Inn Spice Hut

We’ve been running Days Inn Spice Hut for a while now over on Delhi Road in Bhattipura. If you know where D N Inter College is, we’re right across from there. It’s a busy spot in Meerut City. Most days it’s just us doing what we do. The place is simple. We don't have fancy lights or anything. Just tables, chairs, and the kitchen in the back. People come in from the road, mostly folks living nearby or someone passing through. Meerut gets hot, so having a place to sit down for a bit is good. We keep things pretty straightforward with the food. It's the kind of stuff we eat at home mostly. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets crowded. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but nobody seems to mind much. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s funny how everyone recognizes the building now. It’s just a regular day-to-day business for us. Nothing more, nothing less. If you’re walking past the college and feel like stopping, that’s where you’ll find us. We don’t really do much advertising. People just find their way here somehow. It’s been that way since we started. Sometimes we run out of things early if the morning was busy. That's just how it goes sometimes. We are at 1, Bhattipura, and we just keep it simple.
