If you are driving near the flyover on the Delhi-Meerut Road, you will see our place right by Gagol Road in Partapur. It is a pretty noisy location because of the constant traffic coming off the main highway. However, that makes it very convenient for trucks to move in and out with our loads. We deal with various types of seeds here. Our facility is mainly used for storage and a small section where we check the quality of what we are selling. It is not a high-tech environment with polished floors. It is a functional workspace where you might see some grain on the ground or piles of empty sacks waiting to be used. A lot of our time is spent talking to local farmers and suppliers. Most of us grew up around farming, so the seasonal cycles make sense to us. We do not have a polished mission statement or a fancy corporate philosophy. Our goal is just to ensure the seeds we sell are going to grow well for the people who buy them. The office is small and we usually keep the windows shut to block out some of the road noise. It gets incredibly busy during the planting season, and everyone has to help out to get the orders shipped. We use simple language and just focus on the work near the flyover. That is how we have always done it.
