Our warehouse and main office are positioned right on Delhi Road in Partapur. This stretch of road sees heavy trucks moving through at all hours of the day. Since we deal with fertilizer, the air can get a bit dusty and there is always a specific scent around the yard. We have all grown used to it after working here for so many years. Most of our time is spent loading heavy bags and making sure our inventory is ready for the farmers. The building itself is an older structure with thick walls that help keep the heat out during the summer months. You won't find any fancy signage or a large sales floor at our place. It is mostly just storage space and a small desk in the corner for keeping the records. Most of the crew here started when they were young and have stayed on. We talk about the weather constantly because it dictates how busy we are going to be. If the rains are late, the work slows down quite a bit. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny websites. Most people find us through word of mouth along Delhi Road. It is a basic, hard-working environment and we do not pretend it is anything else. Sometimes the front gate gets stuck when it rains, and we all have to help push it open. That is just a normal day for us.
