You can find us at D-6 in the Industrial Estate over in Pratap Pur. Being in an industrial area means it’s always loud and there’s always something going on. Our unit is a big open space with high ceilings. We have various machines for processing and handling different materials. It’s a very practical environment. There’s grease on the floor and the smell of oil in the air most of the time. We don't have a fancy lobby or any air-conditioned offices, just a small cabin where we keep the ledger and the phone. Most of the day is spent on the floor, making sure the machines are running and the workers are safe. It’s physically demanding work and it gets very hot in the summer months. We have a small water cooler that gets a lot of use. We’ve been at this address for years and have seen many neighbors come and go. The delivery trucks are always coming in and out, which keeps us on our toes. We don't really have time for long lunches; we usually just eat something quick and get back to it. It’s not the kind of place you’d visit if you wanted to see something pretty, but it’s where real work gets done. We focus on getting the specs right and making sure the output is what it’s supposed to be. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense operation for us every single day. We stay busy and that is fine by us.
