Our office is located at 194/4, and we are right near the Hari Mandap. It’s a well-known landmark, so people usually don’t have much trouble finding us. We are a small architectural firm. We handle a variety of design tasks for people looking to build or change their spaces. It’s just us here, working through blueprints and checking over site plans. We have been at this location for a while now and we like the neighborhood. It’s usually pretty quiet, which helps when we need to focus on detailed drawings. We don’t really go in for any corporate style. We are just local folks who know how to design buildings. We talk to our clients like regular people because that’s who we are. Projects can take a long time, so we end up getting to know the people we work for quite well. There’s no secret to what we do; it’s just about getting the measurements right and making sure the structure is solid. We use various tools, but a lot of it comes down to experience. If you’re near the Mandap, you’re close to us. We’re usually inside working away at something. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do. Most of our work comes from neighbors and local developers who know we’ve been here for years. We just try to provide solid drawings.
