BNKG CONSTRUCTIONS (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is my small business based in Pallavpuram. You can find the office at ME-163 Phase-II. I run this as a one-person company, though I hire help depending on what construction job I have at the moment. Meerut is a busy place and Pallavpuram is a nice area to be based in. I’ve lived around here for quite some time. The work usually involves a lot of site visits and checking on materials. My office is basically just a desk and some shelves for my files. I don't go in for fancy decorations. I prefer to spend my time where the building is actually happening. Construction has its ups and downs. Sometimes the supplies are late or the workers don't show up, and I have to figure it out on the fly. It's not a polished operation, just me doing my best to get things built. I use simple tools and a lot of common sense. I don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. People usually find me through word of mouth in the neighborhood. It's a steady way to work. I like being my own boss, even if it means I have to handle all the headaches myself. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting. There is always something new to learn or fix when you are building houses and structures in this part of town.
