Our place is located right over by the Kinhoni Shugar Mill. If you know the area, you know it's an industrial spot where people are always working hard. Big Pl Kinoni Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this location for some time now. It’s not the quietest neighborhood because of the mill nearby, but we like being where the action is. The air usually has that heavy, sweet smell of processed cane during the season. We spend most of our time inside the office or out on the floor making sure everything is running the way it should be. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the trucks get in and out without causing a big jam on the road. The building is functional and straightforward, nothing too decorative because that’s not what we are about. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years, and we all just kind of know our roles by heart now. Sometimes things break down or deliveries are late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It is a practical business for a practical part of town. Most of the people who come to see us are either delivering something or picking something up. We don't have a big fancy lobby, just a desk and some chairs where we talk business. It’s just how we operate day in and day out near the mill, keeping our heads down and getting through the daily list.
