Big Basket

Located at 1/1 in Sports Colony, we are situated right near Victoria Park in Meerut. It is a much quieter area than the city center, which is nice for a change. We are directly opposite the Professors Colony, so we see a lot of teachers and students walking back and forth throughout the day. The shop has a good view of the trees in the park when the doors are open. We stock a lot of fresh things because the people around here are quite particular about what they eat. It is not a massive warehouse, just a regular-sized store with aisles that are a bit narrow. Sometimes it is hard to get two people down the same row with their baskets. We spend a lot of time sorting through the produce to make sure nothing is bruised or going bad. The neighborhood is very settled, and many of our customers have been coming here since we first opened. It feels more like a community spot than just a place to buy food. We do not have any loud music playing or bright neon signs. It is just a plain shop where you can get your potatoes, onions, and milk without much fuss. The weekends are the busiest times when families come out for a walk in the park and stop here on their way back home.
