Avk Land Developersllp is based right here in Meerut at 282, Boundry Road in the Civil Lines area. We have been working out of this office for a while, dealing with land and development stuff. It’s a busy part of town, but we like it. Our day-to-day usually involves a lot of talking to people about plots of land and trying to figure out the best way to use them. Land development isn't always as straightforward as it looks on paper. There are always little issues that come up with titles or boundaries that we have to sort out. We don't really go in for big marketing pushes or anything like that. Most people who work with us just heard about us from someone else in Meerut. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or the paperwork takes longer than we want, but we just keep moving along. It’s a small operation, so you usually end up talking to the same couple of people every time you call or stop by. We know the Civil Lines area quite well since we spend so much time here. It’s a good place to be if you want to stay in the loop with what’s happening in the city. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping people get their land projects sorted out properly.
