Aslam Hair Saloon

Started the shop on Fatulhapur Rd. It’s right there near Kanch Wala Pul in Ahmed Ngr. The area gets pretty busy during the day. We have a few chairs and big mirrors that have been here for a while. Mostly men from around Meerut City come in to get a quick trim or a shave before they head home. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise but it keeps the place cool enough. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast so there is always a broom leaning against the wall. It is just a small place, nothing fancy. People know us by the sign outside. We open up early and stay till late evening. If the power goes out, we just keep the door open for light. The neighborhood kids run past a lot. It is just how things are here in this part of town. You can see the tea stall from the window. Sometimes we get tea from there while waiting for the next person to walk in. The walls are painted a simple color. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us doing the work. It is honest work and we have been at this spot for some time now. Meerut can be dusty so we are always wiping down the glass. That is about it for our little shop. We like the spot we have and we know most of the people who walk past.
