We are up on the first floor of Gagan Enclave on Rohta Road. You have to climb a set of stairs to get to us. It’s a fairly busy building with other shops and offices around, so there is always someone coming or going. Being on the first floor gives us a little bit of a view of the street, though it’s mostly just traffic and people. The space inside is divided into a couple of rooms where we hold our classes. It’s not very big, but we make it work by scheduling things carefully throughout the week. We have some old posters on the walls and plenty of chalk dust everywhere. It’s a very down-to-earth atmosphere. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets; it’s mostly just talk and writing on the board. The students who come here are usually quite focused, which makes our job a bit easier. We start our sessions after the local schools let out. Sometimes we stay quite late finishing up with the older students who have exams coming up. We try to keep things friendly and relaxed so nobody feels too stressed out. It’s just a local spot in Meerut where people come to learn and get better at their subjects. We’ve been in Gagan Enclave for a few years now and have become a regular part of the daily scene on Rohta Road. It is just our regular routine.
