Arora Store

We have been operating our small shop at 211, Meerut Cantt for quite some time now. Being in the Pragati Nagar area, we see a lot of the same people every day. It's located right opposite Surya Nagar, so there is always some activity on the road out front. We aren't some big supermarket, just a local place where you can find your daily essentials without any trouble. Every morning starts the same way, opening the shutters and sweeping the front. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the shelves and checking what needs to be ordered. The 250001 area in Meerut has its own rhythm. Sometimes the traffic is so loud we can barely hear the customers, but that’s just life here. We carry the basic stuff like soap, snacks, and kitchen items. People from the neighborhood usually just walk over when they realize they’ve run out of something at home. We know most of the families around here and their usual orders. It’s a very simple setup. We don’t have fancy displays or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the things people actually need in stock. The building is older, and the space is a bit tight, but it works for us, I guess. We are just a spot for the people in Pragati Nagar and Surya Nagar to get their bits. It’s a modest way to make a living, and we’re okay with that.
