Arasu Housing Enterprises Private Limited is our small company in Meerut. We are located at 206/207 in Tanki Mohalla, which is in the Arvind Puri area of Sadar Bazar. It is a very busy neighborhood and we have been part of it for a good while. Our office is not some high-tech space with glass walls. It is a regular room in an older building where we sit and talk about housing projects. We handle a lot of the local enterprise work around here. Meerut is the kind of place where reputation matters more than fancy ads. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It is just us, a few phones, and a lot of local knowledge. Sometimes the bazar gets so loud it is hard to hear yourself think, but that is just part of being in Sadar Bazar. We spend our time looking at property details and meeting with people from the neighborhood. It is not always easy work and there are plenty of days when things don't go as planned. But we just keep moving forward. We don't have any big corporate goals written down. We just want to do our jobs and help people with their housing needs. It is a simple, honest way to make a living. Most people find us through friends or family. We are just local folks doing our thing in Meerut, trying to keep up with the daily tasks.
