Our small office is located at House Number 440 in Shyam Nagar, near the Pilokheri Farm in Meerut. Being in the 250002 zip code means we’re right in the thick of things here in Uttar Pradesh. We deal with property, mostly local houses and some land plots around the outskirts of the city. It started out as a small idea among friends and grew into this business. We don’t have a floor full of sales people or a reception desk. It’s a more personal, quiet setup. We spend a lot of our time driving around Meerut looking at sites and meeting with people who want to sell their family land. The roads can be a bit rough and dusty sometimes, but that’s just part of the daily job. We aren't interested in sounding like a big city firm with fancy talk. We speak plainly and tell people what we actually know. If a deal doesn’t look right or the papers are messy, we say so. Trust is hard to get and very easy to lose in the real estate world. We’ve seen Shyam Nagar change a lot recently with new constructions popping up everywhere you look. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we do our best every day. The office is just a regular place where we keep our files and drink tea. We’re just local people doing a job we understand.
