The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We have desks piled with papers and some computers that have seen better days. It’s a practical environment. We don't really go in for anything corporate or polished; it’s just us working. Sometimes customers come in with questions about their shipments, and we do our best to find the answer in the system. Meerut is a busy town, and being part of the supply chain here keeps us on our toes. There are days when everything goes smoothly and other days where we are chasing our tails a bit. We just take it as it comes. The people working here are just regular folks from around the area. We know the local shortcuts and the best times to move stuff to avoid the worst traffic. It’s just a normal job that needs doing every single day. We don't need any big mission statements. We just show up in the morning and do what needs doing until it's time to head home.
